Who We Are

Founded in 2023 by LaQuinta Jones, partnering with Angel Dobine, and Toni Byrd, SLCF was created by a sisterhood who personally experienced the impact of a cancer diagnosis—both firsthand and through loved ones. Our community is made up of survivors, thrivers, warriors, and caregivers who saw the need for a dedicated local organization providing support services, advocacy, education, and resources for those affected by cancer.

How We Help

We offer a variety of free programs and services designed to help individuals and families thrive after a cancer diagnosis, including:

✅ Support Groups – Connecting survivors, warriors, and caregivers

✅ Resource Assistance – Helping locate essential services

✅ Patient Advocacy – Ensuring patients receive the care they deserve

✅ Mental Health & Wellness Counseling – Emotional support for healing

✅ Beauty Services – Empowering confidence through self-care

Join the Fight – Your Support Matters!

At SLCF, we are committed to supporting those battling cancer, raising awareness, and contributing to life-saving research. Your donation helps us provide critical resources to those in need.

We believe all women can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
