As a breast cancer survivor who has also experienced the pain of losing loved ones to cancer, LaQuinta founded Sharon’s Lotus Cancer Foundation to turn her personal journey, and the loss of her Aunt Sharon to breast cancer into purpose.

LaQuinta is a seasoned Human Resources Executive, business strategist, and community advocate with more than 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, corporate, and mission-driven organizations. With deep expertise in trauma-informed leadership, organizational development, and people strategy, she has guided teams through complex transformations, strengthened culture in high-impact environments, and built human-centered systems that elevate both employees and mission outcomes.

 

LaQuinta is also the founder and CEO of NuVision Solution LLC. where she advances operational and financial strategies for  businesses, individuals, and families. Her commitment to dignity, justice, and service informs every aspect of her leadership.
