Known for her trauma-informed, people-centered leadership, she has guided complex organizational transformations, strengthened culture, and built human-centered systems that elevate both employee well-being and mission outcomes.

She holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA, and brings a rare blend of expertise across people strategy and financial empowerment. LaQuinta is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), reflecting her commitment to excellence, compliance, and community-centered impact.

Through her board service with Sharon’s Lotus Cancer Foundation, she continues her lifelong mission of leading with dignity, justice, and compassion—helping build stronger, more supported communities.
