Raphael is an expert in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and managing government contracts and grants. With a strong foundation in both corporate and nonprofit finance, Raphael also has a deep commitment to community service, having served on numerous national and international boards. A native of Los Angeles, he holds advanced degrees in business and theology, and is certified in financial literacy and conflict resolution—making him a well-rounded leader dedicated to stewardship, equity, and impact.
