Raphael Irving brings over 30 years of financial leadership to Sharon’s Lotus Cancer Foundation, with a distinguished career that includes senior roles at Ernst & Young LLP and his current service as Chief Financial Officer for a nonprofit organization in Portland, Oregon. He is a trusted leader in financial strategy and organizational stewardship, known for strengthening fiscal systems that support mission growth and long-term sustainability.

Raphael’s expertise includes financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and the management of government contracts and grant-funded programs. With a strong foundation in both corporate and nonprofit finance, he offers Sharon’s Lotus Cancer Foundation deep insight and disciplined oversight—ensuring resources are managed with integrity, accountability, and impact.

A native of Los Angeles, Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s in Theology, reflecting both strong technical expertise and values-driven leadership. He is also certified in financial literacy and conflict resolution, and has served on numerous national and international boards. Through his board service, Raphael helps advance Sharon’s Lotus Cancer Foundation mission with purpose-driven stewardship, equity-centered governance, and community impact.
